Head Coach Kevin Parrish is expecting a tough weekend for his Invicta Dynamos side as they look to go top of the table.

In a week that has seen import Ilja Urushex leave the Dynamos after just two games, the Dynamos could also be without several key personnel for what could be a make or break next few games.

They’ll begin the weekend looking to pick up two points on the road against London Raiders and should they do that would take them to the top of the NIHL South league.

That would set up Sunday’s clash with Chelmsford Chieftains in Gillingham in what would be a top two encounter with the champions having shown some great early season form.

Four points in these two games would be a magnificent achievement for the Dynamos as they look to end 2014 on a high, but Parrish is expecting it to be one of the hardest weekends for his side:

“It’s going to be a tough weekend for us to finish this part of the season. We can’t underestimate London, then we play the champions of last season.”

“With the squad depleted with bans and leavers, it will show what unit and spirit this team has.”

Both Billy and Charlie Phillips missed last weekend’s game at Milton Keynes Thunder on Sunday night and Dynamos fans will be nervously awaiting the outcome of how long they might still be out of action for.

Parrish though is expected to have been on the phone all week and a few new faces might be just the tonic for the side going into this important weekend.

Face off on Sunday is 5:15pm with a big crowd expected for the top of the table clash.
