MK Dons v Charlton Athletic preview

Charlton will be hoping to put their recent indifferent form behind them when they travel to MK Dons on Saturday.

They have surrendered leads in their last three games, which has cost them seven points.

Karl Robinson will be looking to arrest that trait at the home of his former club.

MK Dons are in the relegation zone. They have lost their last five games, scoring just twice. The game should give the Addicks the perfect opportunity to bou‎nce back to winning ways.

Defenders, Jason Pearce and Lewis Page, are close to full fitness, but this game has probably come a little too soon for them to be involved.

Robinson is likely to stick with the 18 players he named for the Bradford City game on Tuesday, and may even select an unchanged team.

Ben Reeves will be challenging Sullay Kaikai for a starting berth against his former club though.

Charlton could look like this:

Amos; Solly, Bauer, Konsa, Dasilva; Kashi, Forster-Caskey, Marshall, Fosu, Kaikai; Magennis.

Subs: Phillips, Lennon, Jackson, Aribo, Reeves, Zyro, Ajose.

The referee will be Roger East from Wiltshire.

There are a clutch of clubs gathering just behind the Addicks now. If they are to make the play-offs, Robinson’s team need to string a few wins together‎.

This game gives them the perfect chance to start a run.
