Kent Exiles set for Olympians test

Kent Exiles American Football Team play the second of three consecutive home games this Sunday when they take on London Olympians in a local derby at Beaverwood Sports Club in Chislehurst.

Playing their first season in the top flight of British American Football following promotion, The Exiles have started to find their feet completing the double over Bristol Aztecs last weekend with a 17-12 win, taking their record to 2-4.

The Olympians make the trip over from Kidbrooke on a record of 3 wins and 3 losses. When the sides met in the reverse fixture at Blackheath Rigby Club in May, The Os ran out 33-23 winners.

The Exiles and the Olympians also met in the play offs for the division below back in 2017 and this should prove to be another tight and hard fought encounter between the clubs who play their home games only a few miles apart.

As well as top flight Gridiron action there is also a bar, barbecue, merchandise stall, music and in play commentary.

Kick off is at 3pm, entrance is £3.

Prior to the Seniors game the Juniors are also in action taking on Thames Valley Tigers at 12.00pm.

Venue: Beaverwood Sports Club, Beaverwood Road, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 6HF.
