After an incredible 22-21 over time play off win at Sussex Thunder last weekend Kent Exiles American Football Team booked their place in the Semi Finals away at London Olympians on Sunday at 2.30pm.
The game will take place at Blackheath Rugby Club and will be the fourth meeting this season between to the two local rivals who finished first and second in the same division, with The Olympians taking the title with a record of 6-3-1.
Sussex Thunder had not lost a game all regular season, but The Exiles narrowly came out on top and the Chislehurst based side will be looking to go one further than last year’s campaign, which saw them bow out in the semis.
Results have been evenly split over the previous games between The Olympians and Exiles with both sides winning once and the other game ending in a draw, which sets this game up to be a tight and hard fought match for a place in the final at John Charles Stadium in Leeds on 27th August.
