Since the season came to an end manager Sam Denly has wasted no time in putting his stamp on his squad for the coming Bostik League South season for 2018/19.

So far the club have tied down Mitchell Dickenson for a further season with the defender playing 45 times with three goals in the 2017/18 season and an important part of the side that just missed out on the play-offs.

Also staying with the club is Connor Sanders, as is Keiron Campbell who has decided to add to the 67 games that he has played for the club by signing on for a further season with the Cannons.

By far the biggest player to commit to a further season at the moment is Chris Kinnear who has now put pen to paper for a further season having joined from Tonbridge Angels during the last campaign, playing a pivotal role in his 16 games, scoring two goals.

The club have confirmed that last seasons Captain Ryan Johnson has decided to leave the club having played 112 times for the club scoring five goals. Also leaving in the summer is centre half Callum Emptage, due to injuries his appearances were restricted to two last season and he rejoins East Grinstead Town.
