Gillingham’s home fixture against Bristol Rovers will now take place on Good Friday, April 14th 2017, one day earlier than previously scheduled.

The League One match’s 3pm kick-off time remains unchanged by the date change.

Rovers last visited the MEMS Priestfield Stadium in September 2012, when they lost a League Two game 4-0.

Meanwhile, the Gillingham players returned for pre-season training today and will undergo a number of fitness tests this week.

The club are to embark on a pre-season training camp in Le Touquet in mid July before returning to England for their summer friendlies.
