Defender Will Nightingale will push for a start for AFC Wimbledon after stepping up his return from knee trouble by taking a seat on the bench in the weekend’s 2-1 loss at Shrewsbury.

Jon Meades and Dean Parrett could be in contention to return after both have suffered ankle injuries, so should face late checks in training.
