Bromley v Solihull Moors – Preview

After their much needed win over Torquay Utd on Tuesday night Bromley are back in National League action at Hayes Lane on Saturday afternoon when they take on Solihull Moors.

Neil Smith’s men won their first game in five with that 3-1 win over Torquay in midweek thanks to a Brett Williams hatrick, moving them up to twelfth and they will be hoping to take that momentum on against The Moors who arrive in 20th place having lost 2-1 at Woking on Tuesday night, their second single goal defeat in a row.

Along with William’s goal scoring Bromley fans will also have been impressed with the goalkeeping display from David Gregory and Luke Wanadio on the wing who was a threat down the left all night and set up the second goal.

When the teams met last season Solihull Moors completed the double over Bromley winning both games 1-0. With points margins being so tight in the league this season so far, one win can make a big difference to league position and confidence and Liam McDonald’s side will be hoping to upset The Ravens again this weekend.
