The Charlton squad will return‎ for pre-season training on Monday with some new faces.
Nicky Ajose

New signings Louis-Michel Yamfam, Ricky Holmes and Lee Novak will be amongst them, and striker, Nicky Ajose, looks certain to complete his move to The Valley in the next 24 hours.
The first couple of days will just be for general fitness assessments, before the real slog of preparing for the season ahead begins later in the week.
The first warm-up game at Welling‎ is less than two weeks away, and this will be followed by a week in Austria.
Though‎ the Addicks have a game at Bromley on 12 July., the fixture will probably be contested by a Charlton XI, as the first team squad fly out the following day,
‎Russell Slade’s team will be based in a training camp in  Bad Waltersdorf, close to the Hungarian border.  Arsenal have used the facility in the past and Leicester were based there last summer.
The Addicks will play two games while they are away. Both opponents are foreign‎ and are top-flight in their respective countries, though neither is a household name.
Charlton will return on 20 July, and will complete their preparations with a further three games.
They travel to Leyton Orient on 23 July, then face Ipswich at The Valley on 26 July. The Addicks’ final warm-up game will be on 30 July against, as yet, unnamed opponents. The match is likely to be staged at The Valley.
Plenty to do before the team head north to face Bury on 6 August. There will be plenty of movement – both in and out – on the player front, and Slade has a number of appointments to make before his back room team is complete.
Developments with the behind the scenes team are expected this week.
